Fitness challenge begins

A friend of mine told me that Sorel Mizzi created a fitness challenge for poker players on his blog at http://sorelmizzi.ca/healthy-living-in-relation-to-improving-our-game/

The year before black friday I was grinding online and going to Albany Crossfit 4-5 days/week. I followed the Paleo Diet and lost over 50 pounds and got into great shape. Since the end of online poker in the USA I have been on the road grinding live cash games ~4 days a week – got fat, lazy and my weight went from a very fit 156 to unfit 184. I had a good year pokerwise but all the travel, eating casino food, and living in hotels is starting to catch up with me so this is a great time to make some changes!
